Completed in 1989, the 28-story building combines neoclassical and modern design elements, reflecting the rich architectural heritage of the city. Designed by the architectural firm Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo and Associates, the tower’s elegant facade features a combination of limestone and glass.

The building primarily serves as office space and houses prominent tenants, including Emmis Communications, a renowned media company.

6. City-County Building
